General Aviation Terminal, Kosakowo Airport,

Design took part in architectural contest for General Aviation Terminal of Kosakowo Airport in Gdynia. GA Terminal is a public use building of 3600 m2 area. The building in its main part has one storey with designated commercial area planned on mezzanine. The structure has many various functional zones such as check-in, departures, arrivals (divided among Schengen and non-Schengen and VIP zones), commercial, supply, technical service, luggage control, security and restricted access area.

 

 

Prosecutions Offices Complex,

Program: mixed use buildings with restricted access zones
Year: 2010

Conceptual project of Prosecutions Offices Complex composing of 5 organizational units: Appeals, district Public Prosecutor's Office and 3 district prosecutions departments. The complex is located in historical centre of Gdańsk. The project is divided into 3 buildings:
A- Basic Prosecutions building, 6 storeys with one underground level,

B- accompanying functions building, 6 storeys, C- open parking lot, 3 storey.
Architectural form and used materials are corresponding to nearby historical development of Gdańsk and industrial development of Gdańsk Shipyard, additionally they cover specific needs of this office, such as restricted access, security and countering interception of data. 3 dimensional perforated  elevation made of rusted steel counters invigilation with use of laser devices and works as Faraday’s Cage to prevent electromagnetic interception of digital data.

 

Chmielna housing estate.

Distinction in competition


Status: Architectural contest, concept design,

Location: Gdańsk, Poland

Programme: housing development.

Year: 2009​

Project involved in a closed architectural contest for three quarters tenement blocks (400 flats) in Gdansk on Granary Island, organised by Inpro S.A. Development.

The 7 storey blocks contained of flats and penthouses on upper floors, mixed uses and parking lot on the ground floor and one underground level of parking lot. The "white cube" part of the housing complex, that gained up to 12 storeys, was a dominant  established in the local masterplan. Materials such as red brick and white plaster refer to antique neighbourhood development.

II PRIZE

Location: Gdańsk, Poland

Programme: housing development

Year: 2009​

The estate was designed on the antique airport runway in Zaspa. It contained of four almost identical L-shaped 12-storey apartament blocks and one apartament and mixed uses block on a triangular plan, all of them connected by 2 underground levels of a parking lot. The architecture, especially the front facade of estate, is designed in reference to aircrafts that used to land on the runway.

Hotel Babie Doły,

Status: conceptual design

Location: Babie Doły, Gdynia, Poland

Programme: Hotel 

Year: 2012

 

 

Concept design of a complex of hotel, sport and recreational  facilities such as horses stud and indoor hippodrome. Tradicional architecture refers to rural character of the place.  

Doskonałe housing estate, Currently under construction

 

Status: executive project, currently under construction

Location: Krze Duże, Radziejowice, Polska

Programme: Residential and houses

Year: 2012

 

 

Urban and architectural design of a housing estate  consisting of 4 types of detached houses. Whole estate was divided into 5 stages of construction, currenlty the first stage (28 houses) are under construction. The architecture and urban design refers to rural character of a place.
